JHM5233F (JHM5233-AT5AR5F) is a low-power consumption, low-dropout regulator chip, suitable for some automotive applications, such as sensors, gauges and air conditioning controllers in the powertrain management systems.

Meets AEC-Q100  Grade 1 requirements, wide operating temperature range: -40 ~ 125 ℃

Input voltage range :-45V~45V

Very low quiescent current

5V fixed output

Continuous output current of 100mA

Maximum drop-out voltage :450mv

Extremely low load regulation and line regulation; very low temperature coefficient

Over-current protection, feedback protection, over-temperature protection, over-voltage protection, short-circuit protection

No need complex peripheral circuits

Only 1 uF of bypass capacitors are required externally on the input and output to stabilize the output (ceramic, tantalum, or aluminum electrolytic capacitors can be used as input and output capacitors)

The FB (feedback pin) is externally brought out; via an optional feedforward capacitor, it can effectively suppress light-load overvoltage and reduce output noise.
